My wooden board started growing mold spots even though I dried it. Gross. Switched to this steel one and I feel so much cleaner cooking for my kids. It’s thin enough to slide right into the cupboard with my baking sheets.

I do a lot of sourdough. This thing is amazing for folding dough. The dough doesn't stick like it does to my granite counter, and the board is big enough to make a mess without ruining the kitchen. Highly recommend for bakers.
